The Monday Map: Chateau de Montmorin

One of the current project of our sister agency Cosmo Sapiens is a multimedia installation in a castle in the center of France near Clermont-Ferrand.

Part of this installation required to create maps of the differents eras of the castle showing the state of the construction. Built during the 12th century, the castle has a rich history of occupancy by local lords but also German soldiers during WWII after being partially destroyed during the French Revolution.

We are going there in a few weeks to finalize the installation and will share more details about this adventure.
