Hejorama is a community of people sharing a common interest about travels. Hejies, as we call users of Hejorama, write about their travels, things or places they liked abroad as well as things that disappointed them. - Is Hejorama free ?

Absolutely nothing. All our datas are stored in a secured database and everything that's not public on Hejorama is kept strictly confidential. We fight against spams and privacy invasion as much as we can. For this reason, we don't ask any mandatory personnal information on Hejorama and you can stay totally anonymous if you want to. We respect that.

- What makes a good chronicle ?
It's the share of a true experience. Writing things just the way you felt during your trip, telling what you liked, what you didn't, what amazed you, what pissed you off. Only your point of view matters.
Of course, it also helps if you write some useful tips, give good addresses of nice places. Things that can't be found in books... - About what can/shall I write ?
About pretty anything actually... Preferably any stories you want to tell about travels you made. Nice spots, interesting people you met, cultural differences, warnings, etc. - Can we write about a place we are connected to ?
Sure, why not ? If you own a bar and want to tell the world how cool it is, just do so. But be honest and don't try to pretend you've been there as a customer. Hejies will appreciate. - Can we criticize or write negative reviews ?
Yes. Actually, it's strongly recommended. If you can avoid other Hejies a bad experience, do it ! But at least, explain the reasons so people can trust your review. - Is the content censored ?
We apply a typical 'post-moderation' process like on Wikipedia or Youtube. If some illegal/inapropriate content is reported to us, we will delete it with no warning once we have checked the content for ourselves. We firmly believe that hejies will report anything suspicious. - How to report an illegal or inapropriate content ?
If you come across any content that's offensive, racist, inappropriate, copyrighted... please use the 'red card' button to warn the staff about this content. We'll then check it and act as needed.

- How can I change my personal data ?
To do that, go to your 'profile' and fill the fields under your picture. You just have to click right next to the label to change it to an editable field. Then write what you want and to save just click out of the field. It will be updated automagically :) - Can I change my email address ?
Yes, like the other fields. - Is the email address mandatory ?
We are really concerned about spams and privacy. So we've decided that you can use Hejorama, even if you don't provide an email address. You just have to remove it, once you've registered. Be aware, that removing your email will prevent you from recovering your password if you forget it. You won't be able to send private messages to the other hejies either. - Can I use Hejorama under multiple identities ?
Yes, why not ? As long as you don't do so to mislead or cheat, you can register multiple accounts. It may be funny to have differents accounts to tell different stories or from an other point of view. Just be careful not to get confused about your different accounts ;)

It's an open space for discussion. There you can ask questions about anything or just chat with the other Hejies. - What are people talking about there ?
About traveling of course, but not only :) You can talk about pretty much anything : music, tv, movies, sport, internet... - What are people NOT talking about there ?
About anything illegal : warez, piracy of any kind, racism, etc...

- How can I invite friends on Hejorama ?
Use the 'tell a friend' function. It's available on the homepage or in your personal space. Just fill the field with your friend email and a little message will be sent to him/her, inviting him/her to join you on hejorama.
